Our company Faith, Hope & Charity was established in December 2023.

We are at the forefront of addressing the critical need for re-entry housing and support services through our licensed facilities. With our Strategic partnerships and certification, we are poised in making a significant impact on the community. We support vulnerable populations in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Our organization encompasses the acquisition and transitional housing. We provide housing, job training, substance abuse counseling and mental and behavioral health services.

MISSION

Our mission is to offer accessible housing, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, and job training and placement, delivered with pride, respect, and professionalism, to individuals re-entering society after incarceration, having them a second chance at life.

VISION

Faith, Hope & Charity envisions a future where individuals, families and communities recently released from incarceration, and in need of a second chance at life, enjoy healthy lifestyles through our provision of necessary resources to support this vision.

Deliver tailored mental and behavioral health services that focus on addiction recovery, incorporating personalized treatment plans and continuous support, with the goal of achieving a 20% increase in client sobriety rates within the next year.

Develop and expand partnerships with local agencies and service providers to make sure that all clients have immediate access to essential resources, like healthcare, job training, and substance abuse counseling, aiming to reduce the gap between resource availability and client needs by 30% within the next 18 months.

Implement a comprehensive housing program that prioritizes stable and secure living environments for clients, integrating case management and support services, with the goal of securing stable housing for 85% of clients within six months of their release from incarceration.
